Free U.S. standard shipping
Thread Snark offers free standard shipping on every order delivered within the United States. Express shipping, when selected, is charged separately.
Production and estimated delivery
Every Thread Snark item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Standard U.S. transit typically takes an additional 5–10 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 7–17 business days from the order date.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, peak periods, customs processing, and address issues can extend delivery time.
International shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery time varies by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.
Address changes and undeliverable packages
Check your shipping address before submitting the order. Email threadsnark@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes are not guaranteed after production begins. Customers are responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address they submitted.
Missing or delayed orders
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or shows delivered but the package is missing, check with household members and the carrier first, then contact us within seven days at threadsnark@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist with a carrier investigation. A replacement or refund is not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered.
