These Terms of Service govern your access to threadsnark.com and purchases from Thread Snark. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website and place an order. You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

Products

Thread Snark products are made to order. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, placement and measurements accurately. Slight variations may occur because of screen settings, garment manufacturing and the printing process.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size guides and order details before purchasing. Availability may change, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

Personalized products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted spelling, punctuation, capitalization, sizing and other personalization details. Customer-entered content may be printed exactly as submitted.

By submitting text, artwork or other material, you confirm that you have the right to use it and authorize Thread Snark and its fulfillment partners to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order. We may reject content that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and shipping information.

Prices, payments and taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotions may change without notice. You agree to pay the product price, applicable taxes and any charges displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment providers. Thread Snark does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Production, shipping, delivery, missing-package procedures, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Because products are made to order, cancellations and changes are unavailable after production begins.

Intellectual property

The Thread Snark name, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, website content and related branding are owned by or licensed to Thread Snark and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its artwork or branding. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold or commercially exploited without written permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. You grant Thread Snark a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content for operating and promoting the business, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with the website’s security or operation, submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape the website unlawfully or use the Services to violate another person’s rights.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and orders may involve independent payment processors, production providers and shipping carriers. Third-party services may be governed by their own policies. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute our endorsement.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that every product will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thread Snark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability concerning an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you reside.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Changes

We may update these Terms when our operations, services or legal obligations change. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised date.
